Founded in 2000, Dongguan Tangxia Shuangxin Hardware Products Factory is a professional enterprise engaged in the manufacture and sale of all kinds of hardware products, such as fasteners, springs, stamped parts, lathe parts, CNC parts, shafts and other metal products.
Customized Orders are Welcome
Our main production modes are designing and proofing based on drawings, concepts and samples provided by customers. We provide samples for customers for review, verification and confirmation before proceeding to mass production.
Advanced Equipment Ensuring Quality Products
We have production workshops covering 3,000 square meters and about 100 employees divided into six departments: screw/spring/stamping part/lathe part and CNC/shaft/computer gong. We also have 15 spring machines, which can produce compression springs, tension/extension springs, torsion springs, small hooks and other wire forms. As for stamping, we have 15 sets of 10T to 45T punches, three wire cutting machines and a full set of hardware stamping mold equipment.
Providing a full set of services, including proofing, molding, designing and stamping, we have 12 lathe machines, three CNC machines as well as eight computer gongs to help us produce various high precision and complex products.
Complete QC System Ensuring Non-defective Products
To ensure quality, we have over 10 QC personnel to carry out strict inspections at each stage, including IQC/IPQC/FQC/QA. Our products meet international standards, such as RoHS and HE standards.
